Project

Our projects reflect PAC’s commitment to pioneering a new era of aerospace, mobility, and urban advancement. From next-generation airports to future-ready townships and innovation-led districts, each development is crafted to inspire progress, connect communities, and drive sustainable growth.

Welcome to Kuantan International Airport

Kuantan International Airport (KaIA) is the heart of Pahang Aerospace City (PAC) a gateway where innovation, culture, and nature converge. Inspired by Cherating’s coastal beauty, KaIA connects Malaysia’s East Coast to major cities across Asia and the Middle East.

The project also forms part of the wider Sultan Ahmad Shah Airport transitions fully to military use, prompting civil operations to move to the new Kuantan International Airport (KaIA) in Cherating.

All Aircraft Compatible

Designed for the future of aviation, Kuantan International Airport (KaIA) is fully equipped to handle all classes of commercial aircraft, next-generation runways, advanced airside systems, and seamless passenger facilities, KaIA ensures smooth operations for both domestic and international carriers.

Probably the First

Omniport Ecosystem

Omniport is the heart of Pahang Aerospace City (PAC), a next-generation multimodal hub that connects air, rail, sea, and space in one ecosystem. Integrated with the ECRL, it stands as the core of a new era in travel, trade, and technology.

Featuring Spaceport, Vertiport, and Hyperloop capabilities with full MRO facilities, it will serve as Malaysia’s eastern international gateway. More than a replacement, Omniport represents Pahang’s leap into a connected, innovative future.

The Tropical Gateway to a Smarter Future

Planned and designed as a sustainable, climate-responsive airport, KaIA embraces the rhythms of Malaysia’s tropical environment. Natural ventilation, daylight harvesting, and green landscapes shape an experience that feels open, shaded, and alive. Every element from terminal orientation to material choices is crafted to reduce heat, conserve energy, and celebrate the local ecology.
