UMPSA’s role at the Dubai Airshow 2025 went far beyond being an official partner of PACDB. As Pahang’s official state university, UMPSA is set to become the educational and technological backbone of PACDB, driving key initiatives in talent development, research and industry innovation.
A major milestone was the launch of VERSUS, a dedicated venture studio designed to accelerate high skill programmes and commercialise advanced technologies directly into the PACDB ecosystem. This platform will streamline talent, resources and expertise while expanding opportunities across future PACDB projects.
During the Airshow, UMPSA also signed multiple MoU and LOI agreements with PACDB strategic partners including K2 Abu Dhabi, PENAVIATION and several technology collaborators focused on AI and autonomous systems.
This collaboration becomes an important icebreaking moment, giving the public a clear preview of how UMPSA and PACDB will shape the future of industry, economy, social impact and high skill development for Pahang and Malaysia.
