Pahang Aerospace City Development Berhad Appoints Rajeeshwaran Moorthy as Board Advisor for International Relations and Space Policy

Pahang Aerospace City Development Berhad (PACDB), the master developer of Pahang Aerospace City (PAC), has appointed Rajeeshwaran Moorthy as Board Advisor – International Relations, Space Policy & Strategic Investment, effective January 2026.

Rajeeshwaran Moorthy is a prominent global figure in the space sector, recognised for his work at the intersection of space policy, international cooperation, and strategic investment. He has advised governments, multilateral institutions, academic bodies, and space-sector organisations across multiple regions, supporting the development of nationally significant and internationally connected space ecosystems.

He currently holds senior advisory roles with the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (via the Maldives Space Research Organisation), Axiom SpaceThe Karman Project, and several space-focused capital and investment institutions, where he contributes to policy alignment, ecosystem development, and international collaboration.

In his advisory capacity at PACDB, Rajeeshwaran will provide strategic, non-executive counsel to the Board and senior leadership on international engagement, government-to-government cooperation frameworks, strategic investment positioning, and global partnerships, including advisory support for the Space City Malaysia initiative.

This appointment reflects PACDB’s strategic intent to strengthen its international standing and advance Pahang Aerospace City as a globally connected national platform for aerospace, space, and emerging technologies.
